I went to Nexusmods in order to download TSLpatcher and somehow it gotten itself connect to my Kotortool.  I am wanting to do a Celeste Morne Recruitment and tie it to Redhawke's Ord Mantell.

Not entirely sure what you're asking here, but TSLPatcher comes with a comprehensive guide in the readme PDF. Basically you'll use ChangeEdit to make a file that contains all the changes your mod makes.

I have found a good resolution by getting a new unzipped program.
