Exchange bug?

It's not a game crashing bug or anything, but was the trigger for the Red Eclipse scene moved? I was doing a run through of Nar Shaddaa and triggered it as I was leaving the Refugee Sector (I hadn't done anything except pick up a couple of quests). I'm wondering if it's a bug or if the Red Eclipse cut scene is triggered by leaving the Refugee Sector (since even playing the original version with nothing but the patch had the Red Eclipse triggered after leaving the Refugees).

 

 

And a related bug, after getting the message to meet Visquis in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr, Nar Shaddaa resets. Quello appears (but doesn't say anything), there are thugs harassing a refugee, a second refugee begs for money (and giving him money goes through Kreia's lesson about generosity again), you can redo the swoop garage quest. I didn't trigger Ratrin Vhek again (and I don't know if he's there). When I entered the docks, I got the cutscene showing Hanharr meeting Vogga again (about how Goto doesn't show himself in that meeting that Goto tells everyone to lay off the Exile while on Nar Shaddaa). I REALLY don't want to do Nar Shadaa again (nor do I want to wait for another patch to fix it, then replay through Peragaus/Telos). The only difference is the fact that Atton warns you about the Jekk'Jekk Tarr, and gives a couple of medpaks.

1. Thing is, I thought you were supposed to do quests to hurt/help the Exchange, to get them to notice you. Just leaving the Refugee Sector seems to be a bit like a shortcut.

 

2. Outside of KSE, I'm not using any other mods.

1) For Visquish, yes. For the Red Eclipse? No.

2) Well, you're the only one so far I have heard reporting it. No idea the cause then.
