ninnisinni97 10 Posted August 7, 2010 Hi! It had been a couple of years since i last played TSL before I got this mod, but i'm pretty sure that I could use AF without any problems back then. Now, however, when I turn it on, things look all f***d up. I think it's the textures that go wild, everything on the screen gets all pointy and weird. I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered anything like this, and if it has something to do with this mod? Solutions would be welcome (I have to admit that I really don't know how much of a difference this option does to the graphics, but since it IS a pretty old game, I kinda want it to look as good as possible... )
PlayLoud 10 Posted August 8, 2010 No problems here. Anisotropic filtering at 16x Game Resolution at 1920x1080 Radeon 4870 Cat 10.7 drivers
ninnisinni97 10 Posted August 8, 2010 Yeah? Well I run a 4850 at the same drivers that you have. (Btw, how have you managed to get TSL in that resolution??)^^
wolfsite 10 Posted August 8, 2010 (Btw, how have you managed to get TSL in that resolution??)^^ I second this question
MrPhil 58 Posted August 8, 2010 Answer: Probably with the meatbag program "Widescreen for TSL" (or something along that. Google is your friend )
PlayLoud 10 Posted August 12, 2010 The Universal Widescreen Patcher didn't work for me for some reason (it did in KOTOR 1, but not KOTOR 2), so I found this one. Works like a charm. 1920x1080 looks great. Also important (if playing at this resolution) is the 16:9 minimap fix
MrPhil 58 Posted August 16, 2010 How about 1360x768? Do you need this fix? And if so, how do you use-it?
PlayLoud 10 Posted August 17, 2010 I don't know. Give it a try and let us know.
MrPhil 58 Posted August 17, 2010 Tried-it without the fix and it seems to work fine.
