Juhani Head Request

I was looking at this piece of art when I realised; exactly what is missing from Juhani's face and what makes her so "uncanny valley" to look at- even on an aesthetic level. 

 

It's a lack of eyebrows- so what I request is rather simple, something similar to the above.

No, it doesn't pertain to the original concepts at all IMO.
