help with mods TSLRCM 1.8.4

Hey everyone can some help me with getting the restored mod  TSLRCM 1.8.4 to work?....   I have a kotor2 downloaded and after installing TSLRCM 1.8.4 it would start up but wont load..

Where did you download KotOR 2 from?

I downloaded it online from a torrent website its a GOG version I create a character but than it crashes I also have the widescreen mod in it too.
