KOTOR 2 Run problem

"A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed (13001)."

This is the error I get when I try to run KOTOR2: TSL unmodded, the re-release and on win10. Is there any way I can get it to work? I read some guides but nothing worked so far... I was told it was new-OS problems but still... I refuse to believe that.
