I was about to say the same thing! Well, the best option would be to ask for a new link on that thread on Lucasforums. The head is basically the same as the one discussed here.

As I volunteered to act as a translator with sylv_o in order to ease the communication, it turns out the he indeed is using assets from a JA mod without the permission of the original creator.
