What is the fastest way to build your lightsaber? (possible spoiler?)

 In vanilla, the fastest way would be go to Dantooine and deal with Jorran right?

 But last time I checked -from the earlier version of the TSLRCM-, Jorran was no longer able to give

 any lightsaber parts. Is that changed or remained same?

 

 If Jorran still does not drop the part, what would be the most efficient way to craft it?

 I mean, what is the way to acquire it with shortest story line progression?

I usually go to Nar Shaddaa... though I don't know if that is actually the fastest way to get a lightsaber.

 Once you land on the Nar Shaddaa, can you get out of the planet without progressing the storyline?

 It was kinda long time ago last time I played the game but as far as I remember, is that the planet where the PC got kidnapped?

 (and I'm not sure but there was some kind of a debt collector insisting me staying on the planet)

I haven't played TSLRCM in forever and a half, but I'm pretty sure that once you encounter Visas on the Ebon Hawk after the Red Eclipse thing, you can leave the planet without triggering the part of the storyline that keeps you from leaving, as long as you don't leave the Ebon Hawk after the encounter.
