Golconda Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Hey all, I was a little confused by the download process because I have been looking for a new user guide to explain how many downloads you can have. When they reset? What does premium mean? I was just hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. I ask because I hit a download cap and it says it was daily but I started downloading yesterday at this time and it doesn't seem to be reset. Thanks! Quote
Tyvokka Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 All Members can download three files simultaneously and 55 downloads on a rolling 24 hour period. For example: If a user downloaded 3 files yesterday (3 PM, 5 PM and 7 PM), he will be able to download another file today at 3 PM... another at 5 PM and so on... or 2 after 5 PM or 3 after 7 PM.
