Nar Shaddaa Malachor V Glitch(?)

After getting the Ebon Hawk back from Telos, the first place I went to was Nar Shaddaa. I was greeted by G0-T0's meeting as a playable area, but then I was at the landing pad. I talked to Atton and Kreia then paid the Toydarian 50 credits. Suddenly, I was teleported to Malachor V. Am I expected to run all the way to Darth Traya while fighting Storm Beasts? I'm pretty sure I'm not suppose to.
