Return to Telos Academy bugged

I was wondering if anyone can help.

 

I'm using only TSLRCM 1.8.2 and M4-78.

 

After the Dantooine confrontation with Kreia (dark side so no Jedi there), I go back to the Hawk and after the talk it moves me to Telos Academy except it's deserted and I can't trigger any cutscenes. I can get back into the Hawk and come back out with a party or fly away (treats me like I'm on Dantooine).

 

The only thing that I've encountered that might have something to do with it is when I returned from M4-78, I could talk to Kreia about going back to Dantooine even though I hadn't done the Onderon finale yet. Still, the Dantooine confrontation goes normally and the Lost Jedi quest finishes but I don't get a quest after that for the Academy (though I'm not sure if I'm even supposed to).

Are you using M4-78 EP?

The Onderon/Dantooine sounds weird, and may very well be the cause of the issue.

Yes, I am using it.

 

Also, I'm guessing the talk about going back to Dantooine before meeting with Kavar might have triggered because I'd already killed 3 master Jedi (Vrook, Zez-Kai Ell, Vash) as I would in the original game. I might try to go back to a save before then and avoid talking to Kreia until I've dealt with all of them but I don't have the time to do that right now.

It might have incremented 000_Jedi_Killed when killing Vash. Which it isn't supposed to do.

I have exactly the same problem. Any solution yet? Not speaking to Kreia after M4-78 helped?
I am completely stuck here. Telos Academy is completely isolated and Atris's chamber is closed.
