Lorso during the attack on Telos

The wookieepedia article on Jana Lorso says:

"Lorso was also planned to be killed near the end of the game. During the Battle of Telos IV, she would tell the Exile that she had lost all of her bodyguards and mercenaries to the Sith. She would then panic and flee at the Sith troopers only to be killed by a Sith turret. Time constraints forced Obsidian to cut this from the game. "

 

I have found no content left in the game that would support this. Does anybody else know anything about this, especially what the source of this information is?
