In the vein of [TSL] More Upgradeable Guns Mod by smugglerAlex, mass-produced standardised gear could also allow for mounted scopes. 

I'd especially like to get my hands on the UTI file for the Arkanian Sonic Rifle to make it a true debilitation monster.

Balancing might be an issue but I'm sure we can sort out something that makes all the gear in the game stand out a bit more and become more competitive with the OP Baragwin items.
