  1. Nah, none of those, I bought the game on Steam. Doesn't matter really, I've left that place, but it would be nice to know if there's anything I can do to fix it.
  2. I get a crash to desktop if I win the Swoop race on Onderon (but not if I loose). This is the error message that get's displayed: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: swkotor2.exe Application Version: 2.2.0.0 Application Timestamp: 4226a88a Fault Module Name: nvoglv32.DLL Fault Module Version: 8.17.12.8562 Fault Module Timestamp: 4e99214f Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00861ad9 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 6153 Additional Information 1: 7456 Additional Information 2: 745613ab99b452a52bfaab804110fcc1 Additional Information 3: 15b1 Additional Information 4: 15b104ca112f131f13e1e12c03b30f94 This is with version 1.8.1 and with a few mods that are listed as compatible.
  3. A small update on this. I set the game to run in single GPU mode in my Nvidia settings (I have 2 Graphics cards in SLI) and that seems to have solved the problem. I replayed several parts which hadn't worked properly before and this time they were all fine. So maybe other people who have a similar setup can learn from this.
  4. Yeah, it sounds like that all right. Well at least it's not something I did then.
  5. I just had an odd experience on Peragus, at the point when you meet up with Kreia (just before she joins your party). When I came onto the level she appears and starts telling me about the "enemy" that has arrived and that we must leave, but most of here lines were not spoken, they appeared on screen but the camera never panned over to her and I didn't hear her voice (I just got the dialogue options). I don't know if this is just something wrong with my installation (I used several of the other mods listed in your compatibility thread), if my game is screwed up somehow then I'd certainly like to know before continuing on and playing for hours more if it's not going to work properly.
  6. Ok, I've searched around some more and understand a lot more about the problems associated with this. I get that the explanations given on WSGF, etc, don't work because they refer to using an outdated patch exe. But there must be some way to play in 1680x1050 without causing incompatibilities, right? Are you talking about this thread: Widescreen in Patched TSL...? Because that one doesn't seem to offer any solution to the exe issue (as far as I can work out). If there is some other thread about this that does offer a solution then please do link to it. Alternatively, is there any way I can play the game in 4:3 format? I mean without the game being stretched out over my 16:10 screen? I just can't stand to see the aspect ratio so distorted.
  7. Ok, I just got the game on Steam and have installed the TSLRCM mod, but I want to play the game in Widescreen (1680x1050). How do I do this? I've looked through several posts on this site and others, but many of them seem to be a bit out of date and I don't know if their advice will work with TSLRCM and Steam. So, how are you guys currently playing in Widescreen? If anyone here could just post me a link to explian how to do it, that would be great.
