For some reason, I put my dialog.tlk file onto the TLK2XML.exe, and after it seems to go through the process, nothing happens. There's no converted file anywhere. What am I doing wrong?

I don't understand how to use this. I looked at the instructions of the page you linked, but I don't understand what they mean. -
Hey, so I'm having problems with the Kotor 1 sound files. Every time I open them, I just hear a loud static. I convert them online to WAV, and it does nothing. And I don't know how to use Audacity because the "Edit Chains" option is gone. Could somebody please help me? Thank you.
