I'm not even sure which of the two version on this page I should download. The 8MB one seems to be the newest, but WinRAR refuses to open it saying the file it corrupt no matter how many times I re-download. The 10MB version is older but extracts cleanly enough. I use the updated changes ini and it installed, not exactly properly but it installed. Even got the side quest journal entries to work.
However, the quest itself makes little sense since you must not have visited Korriban but rather first go to Onderon, activate the side quest about to meet the Rodian who in turn directs you to Dantooine for the visa. Problem is, to get there from Onderon you must meet Kavar then flee the planet because your not allowed to leave Onderon before then, nor are you allowed to return to Onderon before and even after Vaklu's military coop since the city got trashed in the riot and you can't fly there using the galaxy map. I believe the quest itself cannot be completed, therefore the Tomb remains inaccessible.
