SkyLine Menu
By Sentra
Complete replacement for Jedi Academy Multiplayer Interface! Replaces every multiplayer menu (Solo Game, Join Game, Setup, Controls etc.) to newest.
Please note that it has been developed only for Jedi Academy MP, not SP!With new style, awesome design, a lot of features, new in-game settings and complete different and modified menus, this modification will bring to you new awesome experience and fun! The main difference is the complete new add-on that will change the main MultiPlayer GUI to newest made by us in space holographic style. Each menu has its own design and background animations like the glow of the sun, flying spaceship, battle scene etc. Other feature is modified setup menu that have new settings like custom resolution, Field of View setting, texture bits setting and more. Also there is complete new font (like from Call of Duty series, some TV series). All the default MP icons have been changed too.
What's inside?
Main menu, completely redesigned in the style of 2.5D!
New background animations and awesome screen-to-screen transitions!
In-game part are changed too. You don't have to see these boring, dull and low-quality icons and menus. Now game looks quite different!
New SETUP graphics options.
Finally the SD-version specially for low-end PCs! And we have compressed the GUI’s size to only 60 MB instead of 100. This should really help with overall performance.
Sure, the menu has a number of requirements:
Mod japlus for better experience (it works on base too, but it was made for JA+, so some features won't be available until you install it).
512 MB+ / 1 GB+ RAM for SD / HD versions. If you have an error where last line says something like "TAG TEMP PNG, error to allocate ** (some megabytes) **, it implies lack of memory.
How to install:
Open the 'files' folder;
Copy the 'swg.skyline.ui.pk3' and paste it into 'GameData/japlus' folder of your Jedi Academy (or in 'GameData/base' if you don't have japlus mod installed).
Short FAQ:
Q: I have installed the menu and after that I still have original JKA menu with HUGE fonts. How should I fix it?
A: Open the explorer, go to JKA directory (e.g. 'C:/Games/LucasArts/Jedi Academy/'), open 'GameData/base' folder (or 'GameData/japlus' if you have japlus mod and you have installed the menu in this folder), find our menu's pk3 file 'swg.skyline.ui.pk3' and then rename it to 'zzz.swg.skyline.ui.pk3'. That will help.
Reviews:
Nozyspy’s review on JK3Files:
(If there will be something like 'The following error has occured: Invalid File ID!', just press Refresh until it shows the correct page)
theRfiles’s review in his newsletter (page 2):
(This review is based on the ‘base’ version of the game, not the JA+, and because of that there weren’t some ja+’s features like skin preview)
Credits:
TwinBlade (Angel Soul on JKHub) for the force icons.
Taeneron and Sebastien Hue for backgrounds (main menu and credits).

This one's a lifesaver for those moments you don't realize you hit the wrong button or sold the wrong item. It also proves helpful when encountering certain bugs or glitches. Using it is rather simple and has come in clutch for my runs on multiple occasions (I make silly mistakes from time to time).
Sidenote: I recommend utilizing the updated version on Github found below.

Not much to say about this mod, as its reputation proceeds it. Installing this hallmark of fan dedication is the only way to play KotOR2 off the OG Xbox. Just follow the readme and enjoy!

Anyone looking to spice up their next playthrough should give this mod a shot. It provides an in-depth expansion of the vanilla Player crystal that returning players should definitely consider adding to their build(s). The quality-of-life improvements in-and-of themselves are worth the download.

A very fun mod, and well executed.

A great (gorgeous!) set of robes and gives you a little more wiggle room in standing out from the other jedi of the order.

Love all the Devaronian additions! All their voices match up and it really helps to cut down on the head repetition (as well as putting a new species in the game!).

That showed those loading screen what for! Much appreciated; hated running from one end of the city allllll the way to the other end.

It was a great (and immersive) way to see all the companion banter. They don't get too much anyways, which is too bad, but at least you'll be able to see all the ones that are available!

This was just too much fun! I had tried to get this working back when it came with the restoration patch and it was such a headache! This played smooth like butter and feels completely natural in game. 100% needs to be installed at all times, even with those cheating card players XD

It's nice to see a little variety in my favorite warriors. They really needed for love even though they don't get a main focus in the story.
A mentioned bug in the comments is true about their names being turned to -1. The patcher file has that listed as their string name for all of them. I just went through one by one, comparing their entries to the .tlk file, and changed them to what they were supposed to be and now they get all the fun ranks!

It's been a ton of fun so far and has made splicing with the community patch a much simpler process (I missed having my hutt on Dantooine)!
While I've been using it, I figured I'd bring a few things to your attention:
1. Bastila holocron dialogue was not restored because the patcher sends it to the kas_m25aa module. Taking the .dlg/.ncs and replacing them in the the tat module (or just dropping them in the override) fixes this.
2. Sarna dialogue is still messed up (and I'd assume Yun's too, but unsure about that one). I just put their original .dlgs back in and put that back to normal.
3. The vulkar coward doesn't turn immediately hostile after you talk with him and then tell him you'll take no prisoners. It exits the dialogue and you have to talk to him again by choosing that option right off that bat.I'll let you know what else I find as I go along, but once again, it's been a blast so far!
