Changed Genders, People Still Call Me Male? K2

I figured out how to change my Gender, so I changed my gender and potrait and model in the KSE. However, people still adress me as a male. I changed it right before walking into the Telos Academy, was that a bad time to? I was using the TSL save files from here btw, if that helps. Can someone help please? Thank you!

Where did you set your gender?

There's not only the GENDER setting, but also a gender global. Did you change both?
