Kotor 1: Dexterity affects ranged damage

Basically just a mod that scales ranged damage with dexterity the same way that strength scales melee damage, as I feel that blasters are very underwhelming, and not worth using 95% of the time

well, there is an option to use the baseitem with Kotortool. if what you are asking is impossible.
