Do you mean "is it possible to have hoods for robes?" or do you mean a gesture like during dialogue where they put on a robe?(like the mod where Kreia does that in reverse when you initiate dialogue with her). Sort of, it's something I messed with a while back the issue was getting the animations to work properly(the hood wouldn't move with the head movements) but the hoodoff/hoodon animation would work.
