Is there a way to change powers automatically gained when leveling?

I'm sure it's probably a stupid question, but I was wondering is it's possible to change which powers some of the advanced Jedi classes gain when leveling up. I've searched around, but like with most things I've been trying to do I haven't been able to find an answer. I'm guessing that means it's hard coded or something. Any information will be helpful, thanks in advance.
