Redsand Invasion infinate loop O.o

I've finished this quest but the game keeps insisting on showing me the cut scene and spawning the mobs outside of ebon hawk as well making the hawk usable since it will the mission interior which is all locked down is this a global bug or such ?

Install the 1.6 Red Eclipse fix.

Or, better, update to 1.7.
