What are this 32 char long checksums in the name of the files at the download page?

When i download the tslrcm 1.7 Patch, then i get a file which begins with a 32 char long string.

I assumed that this could be a checksum, but if i try to match the file with md5sum.exe (from the GNU Project) i get a different number.

So this can't be a md5 checksum, what kind of checksum type is it then?

Maybe you should try to download again, see if it does the same thing...

That is a unique which is given to the files each time they are requested.

It's nothing important as such.
