Stuck in Korriban tomb

I'm visiting the korriban tomb where I meet Revan with a dark side version of my character. I defeat the later then Revan comes toward me then..... nothing. The game stayed stucked with my character and Revan looking each other in the eyes.

I run the steam version of the game, plus the mod plus M4-78.

Is there a way to go on with the game ?

Try using a previous save. This can help I believe
