"The general presumption is that Bao-Dur was killed while flying HK47 to the HK droid factory (sort of confirmed by one of the development team in a later interview) but it is not in the original game. So his hologram scene with Remote is posthumous.

Because there was nothing in the game files to indicate Bao-Dur's death or to restore TSLRCM doesn't have anything either."
