Kotor2 mod request

I reinstalled Kotor2 from disc thr other day and have been playing through, but without all of my old mods that I no longer have. Long story short, I was wondering if someone could put together Skeletor from masters of the universe as a playable character. Skull face, purple robe...it would be badass. Id make it wkrth tou time if its awesome enough.
