Reveal map mod

I remember there’s a mod called gps locator, an armband that reveal the entire map like when you use spike to download from terminal.

I also remember that it’s has spell.2da file and probably involve scripting which after reading some tutorial here I still don’t understand anything about it.

Can anyone help me or point me to a real easy tutorial or maybe another way like edit the file and don’t have to worry about scripting??

Not entirely sure about what you're asking but if you enable cheats you can just type in 'revealmap' into the console.

you can also use the "warp and cheat band" to reveal the entire map, use KSE to add it to your inventory, then just remove it when you are finished with it
