Cloaked Council Style Robes

I have been looking for something like this for a while now, but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful.

 

I am looking for a model like this,  http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/153-cloaked-kotor-tunics-for-tsl/, but with cloaked versions of the non-playable council style robes worn by the other Jedi in KotOR 1, and by the Jedi in the secret tomb in KotOR 2, instead of the standard K1 robes.

 

I tried to do it myself, but my modeling skills are very poor, and I couldn't find any tutorials without broken images and links that made them unusable.

 

If  someone has anything like this, could do this, or could even link me to a working tutorial on how to do this, I would be very happy.
