Is it okay to make requests?

I'm new to this site so I am unsure if it is okay to make requests, sorry if it isn't.

I would like to request a mod which gives the option to recruit Shalena from the undercity. I always thought it would be pretty cool to have her as a companion and maybe make her into a Padawan learner later. Perhaps she could replace Juhani?
