Two Issues Party members disappeared /can not progress

1)My problem started in the HK Manufacturing Plant
2)Latest TSLCRM Installed
3) Steam
5) Fresh Install
6) M4-78 Enhancement Project Installed
7) First noticed the lack of party members at the HK production facility on Telos. Figured it was part of the plot. They did not return after completion of production facility before battle of Citadel Station

Can not progress past the entertainment module of Telos Citadel station. as the cutscene with Mandalore does not occur. I assume that this is because he is not in my party any more.
8) No. i do not know how downloading/reinstalling this mod will help.
9) Yes i have tried an earlier save game. i always lose my party at the production facility. they don't return afterwards.
10) Have not started a new game
11) Windows
12)TSLRCM logo confirmed

 

I have the KSE and can edit any value deemed neccesary and am not against using any console commands either.

Any help would be appreciated as i am 40 hours into this playthrough and would not want to restart.

Do you have saves just before and after it happens?

I did, but after starting the game up again this morning they are corrupted. Now all I have are my saves on citidel station

Update: I did a little testing with console warps and warped to 851NIH. The cutscenes with Mandalore and Visas happens like it is supposed to but afterwards, they are not in my party and stand there like npcs, and my party selection screen is still completely empty. I guess that is the only thing left to fix as i don't know how that will affect the sequences on Malachor V.
