Nihilus vs Sion confrontation on Ravager in TSL RCM?

I'll try to put this short. So after a long time I've decided to install and play KOTOR 2 and the new TSL RCM again (last one I played was 1.7 I think few years ago). But before I do so I need to have some things clarified that bother me ;P I read FAQ's, what's restored and what's not etc. but for some reason I could not find any explanation as to why this is not included in tslrcm. I remember seeing that on YT some time ago and I was 100% certain this has been already restored in 1.8.4 by now. Just as it happened to Nihilus and Tobin scene which at first was not added to tslrcm but eventually ended up in being a part of it so I don't have to use a mod that restores this scene any longer as it is now a part of tsl rcm.

So I am wondering, why isn't Nihilus vs Sion scene in tsl rcm yet? Was it even ever going to be on the first place? Is there any reason it's not included? I searched throughout the forums and couldn't find any info regarding this matter, the only thing I could find apparently was an Extended Enclave mod that indeed restores that scene and some of the other lines but again, this only generates more questions than actual answers. EE seems to adjust TSL RCM pretty well so if this EE is compatible with TSL RCM and was supported by zbyl (as I've read in credits) why aren't these two (EE and TSL RCM) combined? I don't understand why is it a separate add-on for tsl rcm when all it really does is simply improve minor details in a good way.

 

I would really appreciate if somebody could clarify this for me in a reasonable manner^^. Thanks in advance!

It's because the "Nihilus vs Sion" cutscene was supposed to happen on Nar Shaddaa, after the leader of the Genohoradan blew himself up (along with the Exile) in the Jekk Jekk Tar tunnels. Sion somehow finds out about this and then goes to Nihilus to brag. The reason this is not restored is because the Genohoradan questline cannot be restored (from what I understand). And it's not really needed to, the replacement plot for Nar Shaddaa by Obsidian is good enough anyway.
