Well, I'd go with Slave Leia, but then again, I can't really say a video game character is sexy because it feels awkward to me.

Han and Leia might not be much older than Carth and Bastila, but they definitely look so.

 

It's not really correct to compare video game characters and real persons, but I'd have to give this one to Bastila. Leia's hair alone is enough of a reason. And they arguably did a good job when creating the character.

 

Btw, I just saw an English video of a Bastila dialogue. Her voice is much better in German.
