Can someone help me find tutorials for modelling/editing heads with 3ds

Hi there,

 

I recently started learning to mod as a hobby. I'm trying to learn how to use 3dsmax. I'm having trouble finding tutorials that specifically use 3dsmax. Most of them that I find highlight gmax. I have tried to use gmax but it always freezes on me. 3dsmax works fine. Can anyone assist me?
