Use the Kotor Savegame Editor, and check if you have MinOneHP set to 1. You can find it by opening KSE, navigating to your saved game, and opening the branch in the program. Then scroll down a little bit. If it is set to 1, change it to 0, hit apply, and then hit Commit Changes. Then load up the saved game. Quote
