HK facctory is a solo mission?

I'm playing thru 1.6. After the final fight with Atris, the HK Factory mission started. Only HK-47 is present, and the party can't be changed. Is this correct? I'm playing it solo anyway.

Yes, the factory is solo.

Thanks. It's a lot of fun. It'd be great if there was a cutscene to explain how HK got from the E.Hawk to the base.
