Overcasteclipse 0 Posted March 14, 2013 Hey, I just happened across tslrcm on unseen 64 and decided to try it out since I haven't played kotor 2 in ages. I installed the game fine and patched it to 1.0b and then installed the 1.8.2 version of the mod. I should have tested the game before intalling the mod but since I have used these disks before and they are near pristine i figured it wouldnt matter. Long story short, everything seems to have installed fine but now when I try to start the game it gives me an error stating "please remove disc from current cd/dvd drive and insert the original disc in another drive ?:. (the punctuation at the end is exactly what is on the error) I have disc one in the drive and these are totally legit discs i purchased the day the game was released. Any suggestions? Sith Holocron 2,480 Posted March 14, 2013 That's a new issue to my ears. I'll ask the usual questions to get this rolling... 1) Are you using any other mods? If so, which ones? 2) What operating system are you currently using on the game computer?
Overcasteclipse 0 Posted March 15, 2013 I'm using Windows 7 home premium and I'm not currently using any other mods. This is a fresh install done this morning. If I don't end up going out with my friends in a bit here I'll probably reinstall totally to make sure that the game works vanilla and get back to you with the results. Overcasteclipse 0 Posted March 15, 2013 I downloaded a no cd crack for it and now it works fine so I guess either theres some odd problem with my disc drive or my disc is messed up somehow. Thanks for the help though xD
