no cd on intel chipset?

Hi

Will this mod make my kotor-tsl work on my intel G41 chipset computer with a no cd .exe
I tried it and it didnt really work but then again I dont really know anything about modds just tried this one n failed.
So I'm pretty sure I did smthing wrong. also If it will work, i'd love a link for a no cd (crack)?
Now I have a 1gb shared ram but this game is a decade old and newer games like farcry[1] or even hitman blood money worked on this pc and ofcourse kotor 1 [with grass turned off] which I did, fiddled with settings but tsl just goes to a blank black screen after the opening cutscene. also I am using windows XP

so..... will this game work for me? in any way?

Also might I add, if yer gonna tell me to buy a new pc or upgrade or some stuff like that, shove it.
