Can't find compiled script file

I am trying to compile a script with Kotor Scripting Tool.  Two popups come up (see below) which basically say that the script compiles, but the compiled script is not found in the Kotor Scripting Tool directory, nor is it in the Override folder.

Is there some other place that the script goes that I am not thinking of?
