Repositioning Bark Bubble GUI for both K1 and K2?

Bark Bubbles is the dialogue box that clips into the map GUI on most 1920-1080 widescreen configurations. It would be great to center it, minimize it,  and push it further to the top where it sits in between the map and options menu?
