Handmaiden not appearing

Whilst visiting the Telos Academy for the first time Handmaiden (the one you recruit) doesn't appear after the conversation with Atris. I'm fairly sure this isn't intentional. I'm playing with version 1.6 of TSLRCM. Is there a fix for this? I've tried reloading a save from before entering the academy and had no luck.

 

EDIT: She's in the training room! Despite having done a run of the game with 1.6 before I didn't realise this. Sorry for creating a pointless topic because I didn't explore properly.

Are you sure you look at the right spot. It's different than vanilla (at the training mat).

Yeah, I found her.

 

Now I have an actual problem: After I leave Telos instead of playing the trial scene I end up stuck on the Ebon Hawk, unable to use the galaxy map with half the rooms not loaded after Atton's first line.

Try talking to Kreia. Is she responsive? If not (and you may not going to like this) it's a known glitch with the battle mat we cannot fix (since the script can't be de-compiled), which leaves the party members with you unresponsive and broken.

If that is your situation I am afraid you need to reload before fighting on the battle mat, and if you do fight there, do not break their limitations imposed on the battle!

It was a problem with the Ebon Hawk after leaving Telos. The problem was caused by using the save editor, reloading an unedited save fixed the problem.
