Holopatcher not working

So I've downloaded some new mods lately and Holopatcher seems to be present instead of the usual TSL patcher I have always used and never had problems with.

Holopatcher won't work for me - which is extremely frustrating - I keep getting this error message - (picture below)

Anybody know a solution? Would it be possible to use a TSL patcher instead?
