Bug or glitch with handmaiden sisters appearance textures.

So during my most recent playthrough I went to do the sparing with the handmaiden sisters. When the scene cut into the sparring room, the 5 npc sisters were suddenly reskinned into Kreia. The one that can be a party member is fine. It's only during the sparring sessions and then they're back to their correct appearance except the one you do the first 3 fights with that stays in the sparring room. I'm sure it's one of my mods that's screwed up the appearance.2da file or one of the scripts but I can't figure out which one it is. Before this playthrough I deleted and reinstalled everything, TSLRCM with the most recent version and downloaded updates for all the ones that had updates available. Anyone seen this particular glitch before or can point me in the right direction of where to look to fix this?
