OK, I understand that, and it's the word from some other in TSLRM team (thank you Zbyl) that I wanted to hear. There will be no more arguing, nor you will hear a single word about it from my side ever.

Just please take time to read my final word... You shouldn't answer anything to it:

You all, friends, on this forum seam to forget that people that lurk here are not the only ones who would like to play this game in restored form.

There are lots of gamers and Star Wars fans in general who would like to play it and don't even know what Override folder is and they won't learn. Ever...

Lots of them are my friends, and I'm their only link to this project. And there are God knows how many more on the world...

They would like to install the game, one patch (1.0b) , other patch (TSLRCM), all with just double-click of their mouse. And enjoy the quality product that looks and feels like it was made by professional artists and done right and complete.

What you guys have accomplished here is beyond belief, you actually managed to give that feeling to seriously wounded game like TSL, and that's why I wanted for as much people to find about out your project and appreciate it fully. I have spread the word around, and you don't even know how much people here is awaiting 1.8 eagerly and constantly is asking me is it out.

That's why I wanted when it finally comes to them that they found polished project in which there will be no doubt that something was added by someone outside.

Trust me, they will know. My few previous experiences convinced me that. Modders are used to see mods in game and pay no attention to them anymore, non-modders aren't. And if modders want obviously modded content, (like those mentioned) they will know how to install it, others won't and nor they need it... And please don't compare Keavee with HK Factory, Kaeve for instance has obviously modded VO, Factory doesn't, so it doesn't poke eyes in the same way.

I would like for new generations of RPG-lovers to discover this game, made shine by your magnificent work, and to play it, not just as old guys who played it when it came out in 2003. It could be remembered in history, with those like Planescape Torment, and wherever when it is mentioned TSLRCM could be mentioned with it, as community effort that rescued one piece of art from neglect of one big rotten corporation...

But only if it's polished. Other Rest. mods don't need to be polished, they will always stay just that : Mods, as as such will be remembered (or not)...

It is only up to you how this project will be remembered, but YOU all remember most important thing : When you drink glass of nice, sweet, perfect pineapple juice, and in the middle you taste on small piece of wormwood, what taste are you going to remember later? Whole glass of delicious juice, or small, sober piece of wormwood? Think about it...

I'm just asking for permission from the team to mod that and some other eventual tweaks for TSLRCM when 1.8 comes out and post it here, and other KOTOR modding places (off course with proper credit) so if some other people like them they could have them....

Moderators, please lock this thread as soon I the receive answer from staff...

You could delete it also then but at least give it some time so people could read it.

Interesting initiative. Let's see what the developers decision will be.

This discussion is going nowhere. TSLRCM will NOT be separated into smaller mods, restored content (such as Kaevee) will NOT be removed.

I'm having hard enough times putting together 1.8's installer as it is - because it actually feels like making six separate installers already, one for each language version.

"You want part of a mod out - mod it out". Well said. Simple as that. Nothing else you can do about it and nothing anyone is going to say will change my mind.

Thread locked. Move along.

The thread was locked and you were asked to stop talking about this subject. This thread will no be locked, Pavijan357. Don't do this again - last warning.
