I was about to report suffering from the same problem when I realised I was installing the mod to the wrong programme files section, literally only realised it as I was typing the pathways out for my forum post. If your using Windows 7 Steam is in your programme files (x86) folder. Not programme files (at least it wss on my PC). Hope this helps! -Bihac
