    I wrote down the "fixing" open the launcher. ctrl+alt+delete task manager->find launcher.exe right click set affinity->and make sure only "0." is ticked (untick "1.") I'm pretty sure it worked because I had the same problem but this fixed it. HOWEVER, you have to do every time you play the game.

    Run as adminsitrator if it's possible (right click on launcher settings idk what is next step

    run launcher,open taskbar find launcher.exe right click,find affinity and tick out 1. Only 0 must remain.
