Dogmeat

New guy and will prolly get flamed for being in the wrong place. Just looking to install the game once again after a very, very long break. What I would like is any patches/updates to improve the game over the last time I played it. Where might a noob like me find all that one would need to make the game more playable and fun/ Thanks in advance for any and all help.
