  1. This is a common problem with KOTOR for users who have ATI cards. You have a Radeon, right? Just open up swkotor2.ini in your KOTOR 2 directory and find [Graphics Options]. Add "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1" anywhere under [Graphics Options] and save and close it. Then load up the game and it should be fine.
  2. I am having this very same problem. I just recently installed KOTOR2 on my crap desktop after my gaming lappy died. I thought it was just a fault of my PC, but seems like there's something else wrong with it. I installed KOTOR 2 -- then patched it with the official patch. Then I installed TSLRCM1.7. And I added a few mods... Invisible headgear, a redheaded Exile head, that movement correction mod, aaaaand... Something else, I don't recall off the top of my head. But I only chose mods off the 'confirmed compatible with TSLRCM' list. Here are some more pictures of our plight.
