Not OP, but mine just goes to a black screen and nothing happens. If I do a quick save, I can load that up as the Exile in the location. I can walk around and I can see Nihilius, but no one else. In addition, when I installed the mod, no "Main Patch" folder exists so I can't uninstall it either. I followed the kotor2modbuild from reddit, so I thought I would be safe lol. I have TSLRCM 1.8.6 rather than .5, so maybe that's why.

I tried uninstalling according to the readme, so I could at least see the original version, but this broke my game such that all reloaded saves now crash. Reinstalling the mod fixed *that* issue, but I still can't view or even get past the cutscene ingame.
