It should be, as long as you install this mod at any point after PartySwap.
unfortunately i think youre wrong. This mod says its not compatible with the tslcrm tweak pack atton ending dialogue which is part of the mod build. So unless you dont install that (which is at the very beginning of the mod build) its not compatible. but im not sure in what way they mean its incompatible whether it will conflict or just overwrite
