Evicion

Where is the folder I'm meant to put this in? I assume it's part of the save for the file I'm trying to edit, but I can't find any folder marked "overrides". I haven't downloaded a mod from here before, and I'm playing the steam version of the game if that helps. really hoping you can help me out on this one!
